Everise IMS for fund managers
A NAV published on time and defensible afterwards
NAV calculation, mandate compliance, portfolio accounting and investor servicing in one platform, with the fee and accrual logic configured to how your funds actually work.
NAV calculation
Accurate fund NAV supporting complex fee structures, with customisable accrual functions and scheduled performance publication.
Depositary reconciliation
Automatic reconciliation against investment fund and depositary NAV, ledger accounts and cash balances, with data collected from administrators and custodians.
Fund-level compliance
Rules configurable per individual fund or portfolio, checked before each trade and monetary transaction and again automatically at end of day.
Rebalancing and what-if
Rebalance multiple portfolios against a model in one operation, and model a contemplated trade against multiple portfolio metrics before committing it.
Portfolio and risk analytics
Real-time positions with dynamic aggregation, filtering and grouping across any dimension, real-time profit and loss at any level of aggregation.
Portfolio accounting
Multi-currency single-entry general ledger, customisable chart of accounts and financial statements, with accruals posted automatically.
Investor accounting
Individual investor accounts holding multiple portfolios, with suitability and appropriateness testing, MiFID and AML questionnaires.
Order management and OMS
Real-time connectivity to pricing vendors, execution venues and fund administrators, with trade import and booking from external order management systems.
The NAV is only as good as the accrual behind it
Fee structures rarely fit a template. Management fees, performance fees, tiered arrangements and hurdles all change what accrues and when. Everise IMS treats accrual functions and NAV calculation specifications as configuration, not as a development request.
Accurate fund NAV supporting complex structures of fees.
Customisable accrual functions and NAV calculation specifications.
Fee and cost accruals posted automatically to the general ledger.
NAV and performance publication runs as a scheduled job under IT control.
Limits checked twice, evidenced permanently
Compliance rules attach to an individual fund or portfolio. They run before each trade and monetary transaction, and again automatically at end of day. Records are retained, which is the difference between telling a regulator you were compliant and showing it.
Post-trade compliance can be re-run as of any historical date.
Real-time alerts delivered through system notifications.
Front, back and compliance functions separated by entitlement rules, with read-only access for audit and oversight.
Every initiation, adjustment and cancellation logged with user ID and timestamp.
One position view across every product
Pension funds, bond funds, equity funds, private equity and alternatives sit in the same portfolio view, with dynamic aggregation, filtering and grouping across any dimension or metric you have defined.
Historical and forward views available based on pending trades.
Real-time profit and loss at any level of aggregation.
Unlimited user-defined fields in the security master covering issuers, sectors, cash flow schedules and risk attributes.
Reporting on the Telerik engine, with native BI connection to Qlik and Tableau.
Technical information
Single-tenant infrastructure
Your instance runs on its own, with no dependency on other clients. Deploy on premise or in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre, and run isolated instances per jurisdiction where funds are domiciled in more than one country.
Open architecture
An open data model with fully disclosed structures. You keep ownership of the entire dataset, export it to administrators, depositaries or auditors, and connect Qlik, Tableau or another BI platform natively over SQL.
Data security
Authentication is required for every part of the system, through e-signature, an IAM provider or your own directory. TLS in transit with your chosen certificate authority, OAuth2 and JWT for API authorisation, and optional at-rest encryption with keys in AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault or your own Hashicorp Vault. Full order, transaction and booking history is retained, and activity logs can stream to a remote surveillance database with anomaly triggers.
API readiness
Middleware webservices on .NET Core expose the platform over REST and SOAP. Fund administrators, custodians, depositaries and valuators connect for automated collection and reconciliation, currency rates come from the European Central Bank, pricing arrives from multiple sources through a standardised import, and the investor API connects your own client portal in place of the Everise one.
Client success story
The Invalda INVL Group, one of Lithuania's most prominent asset management companies, manages a wide variety of financial products, including pension, bond and equity funds as well as private equity and alternative investments. Serving over 185,000 clients with assets exceeding 600 million euros, Invalda INVL required a reliable, high-capacity system. Yes. The security master takes unlimited user-defined fields, so any instrument can be defined and accounted, and trade setup posts any number of book entries across the general and supplementary ledgers. All products then share one position view and one general ledger.
NAV and performance publication runs as a background job managed by the scheduler service, controlled exclusively by IT administrators. Reports are built on the Telerik engine and can also be linked to third-party solutions.
