For brokers

A portal without building one

Onboarding, statements, online order capture and an e-document vault, included and ready to run. Or connect your own portal over REST.

Investor accounting

Individual client accounts holding multiple portfolios, with suitability and appropriateness testing, MiFID and AML questionnaires.

Agile bespoke development

Business requirements delivered in bi-weekly sprints by resources committed to you, never queued behind another client.

Reconciliation and settlement

Automatic data collection from brokers, custodians, valuators and administrators, with trading and balance extracts out to third parties.

Compliance and audit trail

Pre-trade checks before every trade and monetary transaction, automated end-of-day monitoring, and every action logged with user and timestamp.

Order blotter in real time

Track fill status across every open order as it happens, with aggregation of multiple orders and full order history retained.

OMS and execution connectivity

FIX links to EMSX, AllFunds, HSBCFast, REDI+, Triton and TradeWeb, plus trade import from Interactive Brokers, Saxo Trader and Exante.

Transaction reporting

Straight-through reporting to Bloomberg ARM, Nasdaq APA and local regulator repositories, with MiFID II handled by the platform.

A client-facing front end, included

For a smaller brokerage, building and maintaining a client portal is a project that competes with everything else on the roadmap. Everise IMS includes one, running against the same data the back office works on.

Client onboarding, portfolio view and transaction statements out of the box.

Online order capture that lands in the same blotter as dealer orders.

MiFID questionnaires and an e-document vault for client records.

Already have a portal? The investor API webservices connect it over REST instead.

One blotter, many sources

Orders reach Everise IMS from your dealers, from the client portal, from bulk import templates and from external order management systems. They land in the same blotter, under the same pre-trade rules, and book to the same ledger.

Trade import, processing and booking from Interactive Brokers, Saxo Trader and Exante.

Execution hubs and brokers over FIX, including EMSX, AllFunds, REDI+, Triton and TradeWeb.

What-if analysis to model a contemplated trade against multiple portfolio metrics.

Order aggregation, real-time fill status and bulk import templates for trades, prices and cash.

Booked, reconciled, reported

Each trade type can be configured to post an unlimited number of book entries across the general ledger and multiple supplementary ledgers. When a client asks for an instrument you have never booked, the answer is usually a configuration change rather than a development project.

Unlimited user-defined fields in the security master to define any instrument.

Automatic data collection from brokers, custodians, valuators and administrators.

Post-trade compliance retained, so any historical date can be re-run as of that date.

Reporting to regulatory repositories, the tax authority and the local regulator.

Technical information

Single-tenant infrastructure

Your instance runs on its own, with no dependency on other clients and no shared release queue. Deploy on premise or in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre.

Open architecture

An open data model with fully disclosed structures. You keep ownership of the entire dataset, export it wherever you need, and connect Qlik, Tableau or another BI platform natively over SQL.

Data security

Authentication is required for every part of the system, through e-signature, an IAM provider or your own directory. TLS in transit with your chosen certificate authority, OAuth2 and JWT for API authorisation, and optional at-rest encryption with keys in AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault or your own Hashicorp Vault. Full order, transaction and booking history is retained, and activity logs can stream to a remote surveillance database with anomaly triggers.

API readiness

Middleware webservices on .NET Core expose the platform over REST and SOAP. The investor API connects your own client portal in place of the Everise one, FIX handles execution venues and hubs, and market data, regulatory repositories, CRMs and data warehouses connect through the same open layer. Custom integrations are typically delivered in weeks.

Client success story

Orion Securities, the largest non-banking financial group in Lithuania, has been an Everise client since 2003. Active in financial intermediation, corporate finance, private banking and asset management, Orion serves both individuals and businesses across the Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Warsaw and Oslo exchanges. With the Everise portfolio management system, Orion has run complex multi-market transactions while keeping compliance and accuracy intact. A partnership of more than two decades is the clearest test a brokerage platform can be put through.
