For banks

Core banking integration

Bespoke protocol connection to Temenos, FlexCube and proprietary core systems, with fund blocking and payment initiation.

Investor accounting

Individual investor accounts holding multiple portfolios, with suitability and appropriateness testing, MiFID and AML questionnaires.

The bank's own book

Account for the proprietary securities portfolio alongside client portfolios, reconciled against fund and depositary NAV, ledgers and cash.

Agile bespoke development

Requirements delivered in bi-weekly sprints by resources committed to your bank, never queued behind another client.

Teller and branch access

Branch staff see the client's account exactly as the client sees it and, with the right entitlements, act on their behalf.

Enterprise authentication

Federated login, Active Directory, Azure AD and e-signature, using the identity infrastructure the bank already operates.

Compliance and audit trail

Pre-trade and post-trade monitoring, role separation across front, back and compliance, and every action logged with user and timestamp.

Order management and OMS

Real-time connectivity to pricing vendors and execution venues, with trade import and booking from external order management systems.

Cash stays where it belongs

The integration with your core banking system is more than a data feed. Everise IMS can block funds against a pending order and initiate the resulting payment, so client cash never has to sit in a shadow ledger inside the investment system.

Bespoke protocol integration with Temenos, FlexCube and in-house core systems.

Funds blocked against pending orders and payments initiated from the platform.

Cash and securities reconciliation with custodians over SWIFT MX (ISO 20022).

Forward cash projection covering coupons, redemptions and unsettled trades.

The proprietary book and the client book, side by side

Banks hold securities on their own balance sheet and on behalf of clients, and those two jobs usually end up in two systems that have to be reconciled to each other. Everise IMS accounts for both, on one ledger and one data model.

The bank's own portfolio reconciled against investment fund and depositary NAV, ledger accounts and cash balances.

Individual investor accounts holding multiple portfolios each.

Suitability and appropriateness testing with MiFID and AML questionnaires.

Multi-currency single-entry general ledger with a customisable chart of accounts.

The branch is a supported channel

Most investment platforms assume the client is at a screen. Banks know that a large share of investment servicing still happens across a desk. The teller web application gives branch staff the client's own view, and every teller action is logged separately in the audit trail.

Teller portal for service centre and branch employees, entitlement controlled.

Investor self-service portal with onboarding, statements, online order capture and an e-document vault.

Or keep your existing internet bank and connect it through the investor REST API.

Teller access restricted to your VPN tunnels or an identity provider such as Azure AD.

Technical information

Single-tenant infrastructure

Your instance runs on its own, with no dependency on other clients. Deploy on premise or in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre, and run isolated instances per jurisdiction where you operate across borders.

Open architecture

An open data model with fully disclosed structures. You keep ownership of the entire dataset, export it wherever you need, and connect Qlik, Tableau or another BI platform natively over SQL.

Data security

Federated login for banks with their own enterprise security infrastructure, plus Active Directory, Azure AD and e-signature. TLS in transit with your chosen certificate authority, OAuth2 and JWT for API authorisation, and optional at-rest encryption with keys held in AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault or your own Hashicorp Vault.

API readiness

Middleware webservices on .NET Core expose the platform over REST and SOAP. The investor API connects your existing internet bank in place of the Everise portal, the teller API serves branch applications, and the core banking connector runs over a bespoke protocol with fund blocking and payment initiation. Custom integrations are typically delivered in weeks.

Client success story

As one of Norway's largest financial institutions, DNB Bank serves millions of clients across 19 countries with corporate and investment banking, personal banking, asset management and leasing. Since 2007, DNB has relied on the Everise investment management system to run its portfolio management and operational processes. In 2017, when DNB merged its Baltic operations with Nordea to form Luminor Bank, Luminor continued with Everise for its asset management needs, which says more about the platform's adaptability than any feature list can.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The core banking connector runs over a bespoke protocol and supports both blocking funds against a pending order and initiating the resulting payment. Integrations are in production with Temenos and FlexCube, and the same approach applies to in-house core systems.

Yes. The investor API webservices connect your own or a third-party portal over REST, so clients stay inside the channel they already use while the investment platform runs behind it.

Banks with their own enterprise security infrastructure access Everise IMS through federated login. Active Directory, Azure AD, e-signature through the Centre of Registers and third-party IAM providers are all supported, and an additional authentication layer can be added on request.

Yes. The proprietary book sits alongside client portfolios on the same general ledger and data model, and is reconciled against investment fund and depositary NAV, ledger accounts and cash balances.

Both. The system runs on premise or in an ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centre, on single-tenant infrastructure. Where you operate in more than one jurisdiction, it deploys as a single application across isolated instances, each with its own data and local integrations.
